Edit on the Web
You can edit your page on a computer at creds.id and sign the changes with the app. The website never holds your identity key: your phone shows exactly what changed, and nothing is published until you approve it there.
- Open your page, for example
creds.id/@yourname, and click Edit this page. - Make your changes: name, bio, links, sections or appearance. A live preview shows the result.
- Under Sign with your phone app, click Create signing request. A QR code appears. The request expires after a short time; if it does, create a new one.
- In the app, go to the Present tab, tap Scan Someone and scan the QR code. If you can’t scan it, click Copy link for your phone and open that link on your phone instead.
- The app shows every change. Approve with Face ID. The app signs your page and publishes it.
- Back on the computer, click Check Nostr for the signed page. When the new version is found, the editor shows “The signed record is confirmed.”
